Simple CMS in PHP

A simple and user friendly? CMS in PHP that allow? any website to be easily created behind an admin panel. Admin panel will control the text size and color, site background and header or graphic? can be easily changed or inserted. Php scripts must be well remarked so that i may teak the site if situation arises. The fields of data required are title, keywords, description, headline, content. The title will be used for the navigation of the site. Navigation must allow up to tier 3? pages just incase its required. The script must also allow user to prioritise the order of the pages in the website. Site must also incorporate a e-store for? user to sell whatever? they chose and payment made? to paypal account. Finally, the script MUST be SEO friendly. I believe its a very simple project for coder who is proficient in PHP. They are so many free scripts available and i do not wished to wasted my time searching for them. Hence am enlisting the help of you guys.
