Small web page for software company

Hi. I need a web page for a comopany named Psoft Inc. Url: [login to view URL] I have no graphics today apart from this logo: [login to view URL] The page should look professional and contain the basic info about the company on 4 pages. Page 1. Intruduction. Page 2. Services. Page 3. Reference projects. Page 4 Contact info and some way of sending a message direct from the web page. The company sell software services and sofware testers by the hour. I would guess PHP is good. No database support is required. All texts should be defined in a file for easy changing. All settings should be defined in another config file.
