Google Maps Developer Wanted

Hi there, Google Maps Professional wanted to join our team temporarily for creation of a system for Pets. (other more work could be awarded if successful as a part of our ongoing work). We are PHP developers ourselves but have got stuck on this part where we need a pro to help us with this bit. We need to be able to create a system where a gui will be used so that users can add a start point town/city and end point town/city.. these will be shown on the map as markers. The information then checks a related database to see if there are any towns flagged up from that database and if any towns fit in with the start and end points it will flag those places on the map and create a new database for anything selected between the points. There is more to this job but I can give you the fuller spec once I have an NDA signed. Basically its a google maps manipulation task so that we can record and utilise the information we require for our clients websites users. You will need to be a google maps pro who know your way around google maps utilising the right coding type(s). I think that's about it but for more clarity please ask any questions...
