17790 Server Install

Hi - due to my lack of knowledge I need these two quick tasks performed. I have a linux dedicated server with Apache 2.0 and Plesk Control Panel. 1) I need my PHP version upgraded from vs 4.3.3 to 4.3.7 or better. 2) I just got an SSL certificate - I have everything together and submited the CSR on the server and now I am supposed to enter in a few root commands and upload this cert file or something to the server which is confusing to me. I would like someone experienced in server administration to take care of these two issues for me. Thanks so much.
