42396 TickerFactory type-script

I would like a clone of the functionality at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . These sites allow people to create web graphics or signature line graphics that count down to an event, such as a baby's due date, or count up, such as a baby's age. Users can select from multiple graphics for the ticker/meter and the marker/slider that moves along the ticker as days pass. Lillypie ( [login to view URL] ) allows users to select a backround color, custom text and upload a picture. I'd like to include this functionality. All tickers, once created, link back to my site's home page. Additionally, I'd like visitors to be able to create an account with my site and save the tickers/meters they create so they can change them (i.e. a baby's due date changes - they won't have to re-create the whole ticker, but rather can log into their admin control panel and change the appropriate settings and get the new HTML). To create an account, I'd like to first require a double-opt in to my autoresponder (third-party - EmailAces). This integration with my autoresponder should be automated on the script's back end, recording the user's name, IP, subscribe date and email address within my autoresponder. Finally, the admin side of the script needs to allow me to easily upload new images for meters/tickers, sliders/markers and have them automatically appear, formatted, in the pages the end user selects their images in. I don't want to have to manually add the new image codes to the selection page's HTML. Thanks, happy bidding!
