Zen Cart: Install Template + Customizations

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer that has done this work previously that knows zen cart like the back of there hand. I want to purchase a template from Template Monster. I need it installed on my current website www. the poultry hatchery . com which we are currently using zen cart. I just want to change the template. The Current color is black. needs to change color to a light green or blue..
