Agora set up into Dreamweaver Template

I have a Dreavweaver template which I want used as the base of an Agora shopping cart. I need the Agora shopping cart set up to the template and the shipping charges set up. You would set up the cart, product pages, etc to the template design. I will add the products and extra non-cart pages etc. Shipping charges are of three types of goods. These are three different types: GoodsType1 is £x for any amount of items. GoodsType2 is £a for 1, £a x 2 for two, £a x 3 for three, £a x 4 for four, then five items and above is £y. GoodsType3 is £z for one item and increasing by that amount for each added item. VERY URGENT Any questions please PM me. Ted
