Skeleton directory

Im looking for someone to build out my skeleton directory on cpanel. My customers dont know how to use cpanel or how to use the auto installers cpanel provides so i want to provide them with a pre-built site that they can use a web based editor to modify. I want the following funtionalities: this will be for gamming community clans web based editor for the pages pre-installed forums (no idea if this canuse a mysql based forum or has to be flat file based) Ability to change logos and banners on the page Some static content on the site that advertises our services.
