We would like to find a programmer/designer who is experienced in creating a template for the Online-Rent application ([login to view URL]). We will provide all graphics (psd), the programmer/designer would be required to create a template that incorporates them. The templates must be efficiently designed, W3C-compliant and SEO-friendly. The programmer/designer must be willing to communicate via msn messenger daily on progress, excellent communication skill is a must.
