PHP Function to verify backlink at URL +return extra info

I'm looking to get a function developed in PHP. The function needs to check an external URL for the presence of back-link to a specific URL and return a range of information: - status code (200, 404, etc). - link was found or not - link has rel=nofollow or not - anchor text (if any) - image link (if it is an image-link) I propose to return an array with information filled in. Parameters to the function: - URL to check - Link to check for presence in URL Notes: Please make sure to check for all allowed variances, for instance: rel=nofollow rel="nofollow" rel='nofollow' etc..
