457018 Webdeveloper (full time)

Im looking for a webdeveloper to build a long term working relationship with. I have a company and building website and webappllications for different kinds of business. from very small basic websites / webshops with CMS till special applications for small / medium business. I want a good programmer who has got a lot of experiense with: ... PHP, MYSQL, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SEO, PSD, PDF e-commerce like Magento, PrestaShop or others. Other skills is a PRE like Flash, XML etc I do the designing mostly myself and also the concept for the website. The one I am looking for can translate my Ideas into to good programming!!! This person has to be: - Flexible (normally its a 8hrs working day but for ex: sometime 5 hours but sometimes 11 hour in a day) - Knows his responsibilty (check check double check) - Keeps very very good contact with me..
