WP e commerce Pet food Supply online store

Looking for a WP ecommerce developer to take a design (in PSD format) and cut and build the design into a working wp ecommerce store. Store to be set up ready to work for client. A few products required to be added to show store works, client will upload the rest of the products. Client will take payments through a hand held card machine so orders will need to sit in the admin area until he process them manually, then the option to send a notification to the client that the order has been processed and will be with them on a date and time specified by admin. Only accepts orders within a 30mile radius of the business premises. Free delivery within this 30mile radius.(UK based) Any orders taken from outside the area will be emailed to advise that there order cannot be taken and no money has been processed etc. Small store, 10 main product categories with 2 - 5 sub categories for each. PAGES: Home (to act as store page) - show products (best sellers or ideally create a group/category i.e homepage that the client can set products to display on homepage etc) rotating image(s) banner to show special offers, this months deals etc graphic (supplied) which will click through to display a product group with defined products in (i.e graphic banner dont forget about the animals this xmas... on click goes through to show all products added to the xmas group). To show categories List, Brands List and Shop by animal list down the left side (see crude attached client sketch) About us - use same banner image and text beneath about the company. Blog - display blog posts from the client. Contact us - contact info, working contact form, google map.
