Add 'password forgotten' functionality to PHP/MySQL Site

the project involves: adding a 'password forgotten' link to the login page of a PHP site and a page where people can enter their email-address. When they enter their email-address, they should receive an email with their loginname and password. The password can be retrieved from a MySQL DB.
