Amazon Web Service-Price Data

I have an [login to view URL] seller account, Amazon API and AWS account. I am in the progress of building up our own database for product management. I need someone to help me to grab some of [login to view URL]'s information: 1. [login to view URL]'s selling price and SHIPPING price of other seller's, and list three of the lowest priced sellers for each of my inventory with their pricing information; 2. Be able to create shipping overrides feed automatically; 3. We have a PHP program who's working on the existing database development project, so I want to have this project complete in a way that he could use in the future, so please make sure it's PHP-friendly. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Web Service freelancer to do this job. And I would like to have it done ASAP in order for us to proceed to the next stage of our database development project.
