BigCommerce Logic for mix/match e-Cig Flavors

| Project Outline | ScriptiLabs will create custom website development for “100% Logic” for mix/match E-Cig Flavors, an automated email message sent to retail stores for order pickup, a custom store pickup option on checkout page and a user age verification script. | Scope of Work | • ScriptiLabs will setup product options and a custom template for a mix/match E-Cig Flavor product. o Customers will be able to select from five different flavors o Customers will be able to assign a percentage to each flavor. o ScriptiLabs will use custom Javascript to make sure that the individual flavors add up to 100% when added to their cart. o ScriptiLabs will create an option set with five flavor drop downs and five flavor percentage values. This will be referred to as the “100% Logic”. • ScriptiLabs will create a configuration page used to create automated email messages sent to retail stores for order pickup. o This page will be in the back-end of Bigcommerce where the store administrator will be able to add and remove the retail store options. This is also where the email addresses for each store will be added, edited and stored. • API hosting is required due to the automated email configuration • A custom store pickup option on the checkout page will be added. o This is where the customer will be able to select the retail location that they will pick up their order from. o It will be in the shipping method section of the checkout. It will read in the retail store options that are saved on the configurations page. o The customer’s selection will be stored into the order notes for our email script to use once the order is submitted. • Age Verification: o ScriptiLabs will use Veritad to validate age based on more in-depth customer information.  This is a 3rd party service that our customer will purchase and provide admin credentials to ScriptiLabs o This solution will be integrated on the checkout page. The purpose of this is to allow customers of any age to shop the site, only individuals who are 18+ will be able to purchase. o The Veritrad solution requires users to input more information than just D.O.B. It will require at least an address in addition. • ScriptiLabs will develop a custom pop-up for customers whom are of age but have been denied by Veritad during the registration process. o ScriptiLabs will develop a custom script that will email our customer for individuals that encounter this issue of being old enough for the purchase but denied by Veritad for being under 18 years of age during the registration process. o This email script will allow customers to send an email directly to customer to be approved for purchase of products from the site. o This option will require the use of the third party email me forms • Scriptilabs will develop a custom script that sends our customer a direct email when registered under age customers turn 18. o This email will be sent at midnight on the morning that the customer turns 18. o This allows our customer to send customers an email directly to inform them that they may now purchase products from the site. o This will be referred to as the “Birthday Script”.
