Create label generating software

We require software that can generate labels. The software will need to have a form that can be populated with nutritional information and ingredients from food labels. The software will then need to generate a full label sheet (suitable for printing on A4 label sheet's) that automatically highlights in bold any words and phrases that we assign, and automatically translate words and phrases that we assign. The system should resize labels to fit a selection of up to 5 different template sizes. The software should automatically add health warnings that we assign if certain ingredients are entered. The label should include business information. The system must include a content management system for multiple users. We will supply sample labels. More information will be available.
