Facebook Gift Application

I would like a facebook application developed which will allow users to add the application, then send gifts to other users. Ites apretty standard application similar to ones currently on facebook. Here are some of the features we want: 1. send and receive items, also keep track of items sent and received items, and who has what item. 2. rate feature, so as we add more features to the applications users can rate or comment on features. 3. users will have different levels, depending on their level this will determine what items they can send as gifts. 4. users should be able to buy gifts (via paypal or 2checkout etc) which are not on their level 5. users attain higher levels by sending and receiving more gifts, specifically from multiple users, (so two users can't just send themselves gifts over and over to gain levels). 6. back end to add gifts and levels, also picture associated with each gift. 7. gifts should appear on users profile when others are viewing, also any other way to gain maximum exposure on facebook. 8. users can send feedback to sysadmin the graphics for each gift is not part of this project although some help with working with our graphics guy to make the GUI look appealing to users is important and part of this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
