Healthcare providers (hospitals) do need to purchase their supplies on a periodic basis. Certain items may be purchased on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. The supplies they need to look for may have various characteristics such as: 1. Product Generic Name 2. Product Brand Name 3. Product Manufacturer Name 4. Product Quantity 5. Product Color 6. Product size (small, medium, larger, etc) 7. Product Intake Type (for example, a particular drug may be available in tablet form or liquid form) 8. Product Purchase Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly) 9. Product Purchase Volume 10. Delivery Time frames [login to view URL] Price Range 12. Image of the product in 2D / 3D 13. simulation of the product behaviour 14. user manual 15. technical manual 16. reference to knowledge management systems 17. reference to scientific database. We are looking for an already existing project with tested code which has the above functionality working. We prefer PHP or Silverlight 4.0: Project Description: - Simple, Intuitive and easy to use - Easy for Physician User as well as Supplies Manager - Organize / Manage Medical supplies - Cross compare multiple supply items from different vendors - Physicians can send/request drug samples - Highly innovative medical devices and pharmaceutical products have complex features and therapeutic effects. - selecting products and suppliers, defining product substitutes and quality parameters, controlling product quality and supplier performance. - Communications with Supplies - Generate purchase requests automatically or on demand to our backend system. - Barcode reader - User view, admin view, Doctors view - Order fulfilment ((Tracking info, Website, delivery information, etc)) - Client product purchase preferences: Products and suppliers, defining product substitutes and quality parameters, product quality and supplier performance - Client order returns - Client Accounts Payments, Payables and Refunds - Client Supplies, Expiration of each product, stock in hand, etc - Logs and Tracking information Prefer already existing php/mysql (SQLite) supplies management application which can scale and bug-free. We will own all the rights to the source code and any bugs should be fixed free of charge. Any future customization can be done at an additional cost. You will not have any 3rd party libraries.
