I want to open an online business that offers to Rio' s visitors accommodation, transport, leisure and friends (English language' students) in a pack that is selected by the visitor accordingly to his/her budget and interests. website should be constructed to: meet with English school to propose exclusive alliance Upon contract ask student contact list to be updated. 1- Email to English students link to Webpage to enter info (name, age, gender, interests, address, email, tel, social networks, picture upload) optional data 2 - Predefined Email proposition with application form and contract to be sent to all service providers. (Accommodation, transport and leisure) 3- Schedule automatic motivational email If don t receive a reply within a week. Ask to service' providers description/photos/videos to be attached together with the application form. Human revision on return of application form. After selection, customer can register and pay or save plan for future decision making. Upon payment 1-Confirmation email is automatically sent to customer, service providers and administrative manager. 2-Scheduled email 48hrs before customer arrival with information about his package. 3- Automatic email is sent introducing to the new contacts. 4-Schedule email asking for feedback after service provided.
