Need nav bar converted from text/html to flash

Need nav bar converted from text/html to flash All the hyperlinks should still work. My nav bar is located here: [login to view URL] Do not use the nav bar on the home page, as that is different Links should have a hover over feature, and it should look the same as the current nav bar. Please provide the fla and swf file and the code I need to insert it into my page. I will only be using it on [login to view URL] in the above directory and not for the other pages.
