need some logic written

I have an existing web app that I will be finalizing development on. After I will be using phonegap to implement web app in andriod and iOS market. I need two main pieces of logic built for this web app. When user goes into app, they get one free use on it. I need this tracked so that after one free use the app no longer works unless purchased. Also need some logic checks for if app is free version or paid version - If free and user has not used go right into app for first time use, if free and has been used app needs to redirect to in app purchase. if paid version is being used, redirect to start app screen. If you are good and quick with this and solid at jquery/javascript, Ill hire you for the next phase of this which is using the unique id you create and tracking and storing different interactions in the app. Looking for about 3-4 day turn around for this. probably would like someone who is going to start over the weekend and be done early next week.
