Need Wordpress Plugin Coded

Hi, I need a wordpress plugin coded from scratch. The plugin will involve taking details from a wordpress blog and submitting it to various social bookmarking sites. Previous experience in coding wordpress plugins would be excellent. This is very likely to be an ongoing project as I will need to keep the software updated and add new features after it's created. I don't have much details right now other than that. Make a bid only if you're qualified for coding this type of software.
