OpenCart Added to Html Site

I have 3 HTML Files (Home page, Inside, Details) which have been designed and cut up and i need opencart integrated into the design and uploaded to my server, any setting changes to make the site work will be required to be completed. i want a working live opencart site. PSD files can be provided if neccessary Also i understand there is a bug (Multi discount Mod) in open cart where if you have 1 item with 2 different colours, it does not count them as the same item when you use the group discount feature.
