Simple 15 Minutes PHP Work (Will Pay $50)

I want to add on 3 very simple extra functions : - Send email using rotated SMTP accounts - Scrap proxies from Hidemyass free public proxies list and use rotated proxies - Filter email so that contain certain keyword (eg: "whoisprotection") Seriously this is a very simple work, all main functions are already done, this script update shall not take you more than 15 minutes. I am willing to pay $50 for this. Please do not bid if your price is over my budget. Thank you.
