Simple PHP SQL Serial Number List

I would like a script that once run will generate a random number 7 characters long 111111111 then insert that number into an existing mysql database into a new table with date and time stamp. I would then like a form that a number can be input into and if the number exists in the database it will display (Valid) and then give an option to delete the number from the database, if the number is not found it will then display invalid number. I would also like a separate page displaying all the generated numbers that exist in the database, with dates and times the numbers were generated.
