1. Simple windows based scraper that scrapes a few unchanging XPATHS and dumps into a CSV file. The scraper must re-scrape data every 30 seconds. 2. Then, a simple green and black GUI (no graphics just an organized text readout) is to display the data. The GUI is to refresh everytime the CSV is overwritten.

I have experience scrapping websites using regular expresion and xpath, for this reason I think that I can make this project for you. About the GUI... I need more spec...
