Web tool for convert rss feed to video and post them on youtube

Hi, I need a web tool where multiple users can access, but with different user and password that I want to decide personally. The tool must convert articles (from a rss feed reader) to simple videos, in this way: -It takes the tile of the post and that will be the video's title on youtube -It creates a video with a video intro (that i've uploaded myself and will be the same for all the video) and after that there will be a screen flow with the first "x" lines of the article -After that, there will be a message like that: "Continue reading this article on [login to view URL] - click the link in the description" -I would like that the tool automatically upload the videos to the youtube account of the different users, using their user and password. I would appreciate some advices and i would discuss this software with some expert via pm. Thanks a lot
