Write some Software

I am looking for a Guy for a small Yii Project. I have a Phone Api and need to store Datas in a Database. Need also some modules in it - Usermanagement, Payment, Cache Some Sites with inputfields and forward to a Download Site after Payment not big coding, easy and small - can do all with Yii Modules. But you must a Yii Expert (really) !! All other consume to much time - i dont want pay study ! Thanks
