Write some Software

Hello boys and girls, I`m looking for someone to build me a website refresh tool/software/plugin .. like the one that Google Chrome has (Auto Refresh Plus) I need to import website links on the that software .. and start autorefresh on the links. I need to be able to set time interval of refresh, and the refresh number. So, I want the sofware to refresh a page for 300 times maybe ..and then it should automaticaly jump to next website link. Please bid only if you understand what i`m talking about, and what i really want ! Thanks
