Script PHP for posting images on Twitter

We need a function to post images on twitter. There is a directory with images; every image name’s is in the format name_surname_somethingelse or name-surname-somethingelse. The function should send a tweet every x hours (x configurable) with a picture taken from the directory; the tweet text is name surname (taken from the file’s name) The function will be launched using a cronjob. The twitter credentials will be set in a configuration file. Every image must be sent only one time; you can use a db mysql to store data. It must be configurable the number of tweets between 2 images with the same name_surname It’s absolutely necessary that the image is posted using [login to view URL] (so you can view the image inside twitter).
