vBulletin auto register

I need a page of PHP that takes the variables: $username='Brian'; $password='pass2'; $email='anemailaddress'; $ipaddress='[login to view URL]'; $membergroupids=''; $displaygroupid=0; and uses their values to create a new record in the vBulletin MySQL database. It is important that all the coding is PHP server side and is one page (and does not use forms to pass any values).
