Airplane Booking System VB

I am in need of a freelancer who can complete an Airline booking program using a form in Visual basic. The project is half way through completion so just need a small amount of time required to finish the project. Applicants must have experience in .vb and communication is a must. There is a short time period so a swift completion is required.
