Scrape and Download File

Hello all, I want somebody to build a scraper for me that finds a link and downloads a file to a directory. What has to be done is visit all music artists on a site and then for each artist's track there is a onclick event that opens a popup window to play the track. In this window a link will be found to an audio file, this link needs to be downloaded to a directory. The directory it downloads to is the name of the artist. Some artists can have 1 or more albums, so a sub folder with the name of the album needs to be created.
