Convert PNG to HTML/CSS

I have a png of a design i like i will like a expert to code it to clean and valid code using as little images as possible. Before you ask no i dont have the psd's. Also dont PM me more than once these type of projects get alot of bids and i dont want to go thorugh all those. This is a straight forward project if you know what your doing. You are expected to start working the minute i award you the project bid. Do not bid looking to start the next day or some other time. I want this back in a few hours People who opt in to code up the design and show me a demo on their server will have priorty in getting this project. If your interested in doing this just let me know.
