Create a community based gallery website

We want to create a community based gallery site, preferred with Zenphoto ([login to view URL]), but also will accept other open source cms/platforms and the following functionality (including zenphoto's default). - Very simple design with light colors. - top left menu: Explore->Latest, Random, Popular | Forum - top right menu: Login/logout | Search images - full width front page slideshow with 4-5 photos. - latest images (actually all images in a page sorted by date uploaded, with pagination 20 each page) - top rated images (all images sorted by rating, with pagination ) - photo carousels of latest/toprated/random images able to be inserted to the main page or the sub pages (ex. at the bottom of each album's page) - user albums by alphabetical order - users can create their own albums and can also publish to other public-wide albums (these albums are assigned by the administrator) - User profile page with avatar/name/description/etc - Forum with basic forum functionality with same design and existing zenphoto users. If you bid or take the job I will give you one site that we would like to copy some of its functionality and design (as described above), and it will explain all your questions if any.
