Create and Maintain a website for a year.

We need you to create a website and take care of its maintenance. The website is going to have members that are allowed to access certain parts and also people should be able to transfer money to a certain bank account. There should also be a newsfeed on the website where the members can post posts and pictures. Keep in mind that you will be taking care of all the features of the website. including purchasing the domain and the name and anything bank related. That money is not included in the fixed price. More money will be transferred when needed. Fixed price is just for the development of the website. As I said before. Admins(certain members) should be able to change the features of the website without having to undergo a maintenance. So basically the website's main page is going to be like someone's facebook profile that everyone can view but only certain members can alter the features. Admin's should also be able to change people's passwords. We will provide you with pictures and all the other info we want on the website. Members should be able to make payments within certain periods of times. Other people should be able to donate. Paypal payments and debit/credit cards should be accepted.
