Custom CMS and Apps using Linux/PHP

We have a client that is looking for a complete redesign with the site features listed below. Specs: Linux with PHP and MySQL I will provide the site new layout to be integrated with the site (see approved design at [login to view URL]). Must Include: • Ability to manage content – integration of a custom WYSIWIG content management system (we prefer FCKEDitor based WYSWYG CMS) that allows an admin to create user accounts with various permission levels which will allow various parties to contribute content and have it posted online (everything must be approved by an Admin before going live). • Ad rotation system – Easy way to swap and rotate ad banners via an Admin page. System will automatically load and expire ads based on begin and end dates. • Member sign up – Free membership but will provide users access to exclusive “member only” content. The main goal for this will be to build an audience profile and collect user data. • Slide show – Ability to upload photos and have them automatically resize and display in a photo slide show. • Classified ads – Ability for users to submit various fire-related ads on the site. Ads will be free but require approval before posting to the site. • Member submission program – Ability for members to submit incident info and photos for posting to the site. All submissions require approval before posting to the site. • Video page - Ability to post videos from recent fires. Client would like to be able upload videos to YouTube (to save server bandwidth) and somehow embed them into his site. Is this possible? • Business directory – A business directory for sponsors. Sponsors will be listed on main page with a link to additional information on a “Profile page”. Information will be easily updated via an Admin page. • Client would like to have a rotating text ad on front page that display members in the directory. • Poll question – Ability to create a daily or weekly poll question with real-time results. • Forum/ Bulletin Boards – Self-explanatory. • RSS feed – ability for users to pull feeds from the site. • Photo gallery – Similar to slide show whereas there would be a feature built in to resize the images. Gallery will feature a clickable thumbnail which opens a larger version of the photo. • Pa and New Jersey New apparatus – Special area for users to post apparatus (trucks) for sale. Ads will collect a small posting fee via Paypal. All ads require approval before posting to the site.
