Custom Wordpress Template Design for Yokotabaptistchurch.org

I am looking for a graphice designer to edit our currant or create new Wordpress template. here is what i got so far: [login to view URL] we are not looking for the cheap 40$ quick buy from a template site and we are not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars. We want to make it look better. The ideal candidate is comfortable with photoshop, layer designs, php and wordpress templates. A portfolio would be helpfull. English spoken candidates only please.
