197590 Design and PDF upload function

Hello, I'm looking forward to working with someone who is equally focused on attractive design and user-friendly development. Website purpose: A site where authorized users can submit/upload PDF files that are snapshots of newspaper front pages. These files would then be automatically displayed on the site. Of course, the submissions must then be presented so visitors can easily view and sort by certain categories. Reference: [login to view URL] Website design: Would like a clean, minimalistic, web 2.0-style design for the front-end. You would have freedom to choose type and a small logo. Do not want a corporate feel. Instead, something creative media professionals can appreciate. Must be standards compliant and search engine optimized. No flash or heavy graphics needed. Functionality: Users who wish to submit/upload must be able to register on the site. Users will then be placed in queue so their information can be verified. Once manually verified, user will be able to submit/upload their PDF and it will be displayed on the front page. Users will be able to upload up to 4-6 different categories and the files must be separated accordingly. Users themselves will have up to 4-6 categories in which they can be sorted. The majority of visitors will not have to use this registration/upload process so backend-design can be basic but must remain highly functional. Visitors will have various options to sort and display submissions.
