Develop a flippa like site with unique UI (Only Bangalore)

Hi, YOU MUST BE BASED IN BANGALORE for this project. If you Are not based in Bangalore DON'T BID. We are looking for a site that is similar to Flippa in functionality but with a lot of modifications. The design should be new and must have an unique and easy to interface, incorporating HTML5, javascript, css and other new (web 3.0 ) features. YOU MUST BE BASED IN BANGALORE.
