Development of Internet Community-/Portal (ZEND)

We are searching for a development company to do the implementation of our Internet Portal, following our existing functional design documentation by using the ZEND framework as technical basis. 1) Kick-Off Reading and understanding our functional design document to understand the business case behind followed by a first 2-4h discussion- and Q&A round via skype/phone 2) OOP Design Development of an object oriented class model (UML, classes, attributes, methods) to fulfill the business requirements taken from our functional design doc 3) Implementation (ZEND) Implementation of the portal application following the class model and our functional design document by using ZEND PHP framework, following the Model-Driven approach from ZEND and agile implementation strategies >>> What we expect Deep hands-on experiences of the ZEND framework (ZEND components like _ACL, _Auth, _Layout, _Forms, _Validation, Zend_DB, Query language,...) combined with general knowledge in model-driven architectures (e.g. front controller pattern, RESTful Services, Anemic Domain Model and data mapping mechanism, MVC-Pattern) and the idea of object oriented development. We prefer a small company 10-20 employees for that job instead of individuals. Total budget for initial project phase (3 months) is arround 12.000$ for 2 senior ZEND developers.
