Experienced Drupal Developer for a site for expats

Hi, I want to create a website for expats very similar with what you see here. [login to view URL] I want to be developed in Drupal 7.x using CCK, Panels, Views. Basically i will want to add a content type for each place to be visited in a certain country (restaurant, museum, sport arena, etc) and i will need to be able to search for them if i select a city or that i want to see all restaurants. I need somebody with very strong experience in Drupal so don't bid if you are not Drupalist. Write "expats" at the beginning of your bid and let's talk a bit more. I will not select developers from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and some other countries that provides cheap and not so good development services. Include your best Drupal project (not a list) and be honest with what you can do and what not. Price is arbitrary... it will be discussed in details with the right developer.
