Fix our website - technical skills needed

We have some errors on our current site - denovosolutions . com . au that need to be fixed. We are also changing domain names and will need the current files moved to new host - What we require - 1. Move the current files to new domain 2. Insert our new logo, social media widgets and phone number in the header of site. 3. Remove current video formatting and replace with our YouTube video (we are doing this because the current video only loads on some browsers - and only specific versions of browsers) - this is important, video will need to work on ALL browsers and ALL devices 4. Slow down testimonials (currently too fast) on the home page 5. Sharpen the red circles (navigation icons) on the portfolio page 6. Remove 404error on these icons: Website Hosting, Websites for all Budgets, Mobile Website Design, SEO, SEM, Video, Newsletter (all on services page) - you can re-direct these links to the portfolio page 7. Change "Mobile Website Design" to "Mobile Websites" 8. Link "Video" on Services Page, to our Video 9. Our email address in footer is not linked correcly - fix Now for browser compatibility - - On the iPad it does not look correct - keeps flickering and not fitted properly (even though responsive). This will need to be fixed. - On all browsers, when you go to re-size the page (zoom in or zoom out) the whole page re-sizes except for the banner image - consequently, the website loads differently on all browsers from different computers (banner is often distorted and doesn't look good). We will need to fix so banner is uniform and the website loads correctly on all browsers. - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT - Website must look good on ALL BROWSERS. We will only hire you if you know HOW TO FIX ALL OF THE ABOVE. And we require a brief outline of how you plan on fixing the browser compatibility errors and iPad/iPhone functionality - we would like a message stating this
