hyip (but not) site design, scripting, etc

We need to make a site similar to an hyip script, but for long-term investments with fixed interest. Similar to [login to view URL] but different, obviously. Account security is a must, as well as help adding multiple payment gateways, and some SEO. This company will be long-lasting, since we gain through real investments and holdings, not new investor's money (pyramid scheme). We want to help others ensure their future nest-egg. We want to have an annual membership fee, and automated affiliate system.
