Joomla Website from scratch and transferred contents from old site. - repost

We want to have a brand new website, with the last version of Joomla created from scratch and all the content from the old site to be transferred to the new one… The most important Components that are needed to be transferred from the old site to the new one, except from the articles and the users, are: Artio JoomSef 3.7.6 AdsManager 2.6 Kunena 1.7.2 Joom!Fish 2.0.4 Seyret 0.2.8.5 Uddeim 2.1 VirtueMart 1.1.4 LiveZilla Until now, we mostly promote the community, the news, the forum e.t.c. and less the e-shop. From now on, we want the opposite. We would like to provide the e-shop more and the community less. We would like a freelancer or a team with *excellent knowledge of Joomla * excellent knowledge of CSS * very good understanding of HTML5, media queries and responsive web design * very good command of English in speech and writing We need a unique very professional template for the site and VirtueMart. The Joomla template has to be constructed to the latest version of Joomla and be compatible with the later versions, as well. Future Joomla updates shall NOT have any impact on the Joomla site and design, when replacing the files. In other words, NO EDITING IN JOOMLA CORE SYSTEM FILES. The site should be created in modules, so we can relocate and disable all the different boxes.
