need someone to work on my social site

Hello to all who's reading this posting. Im looking to hire a php expert to work on my social network site that will be using phpfox script. I will need the fallowing steps to be done and I need it to be done in a very short period of time. * Front page design * installing the script to my dedicated server * configuring all steps * configuring everything in the admin to its normal limits * make sure high security on the site keep hackers away * make a simple logo for the website * testing all areas of the script * make sure all areas are functioning 100% before lunch * setting up 2checkout or paypal the script has the option * editing/adding new terms/privacy or other pages on the website * add Armenian language pack to the website * And some little more stuff that will come up at the time of work Please bid on this project if you can do all the stuff listed above in a very short time frame as we do not have to much time to waste and we want to lunch the website ASAP
