OCP site v1

I need to create a membership site relating to an environmental project that will involve the following: - I need the home page to have very high quality design (designers will need to be able to create a design that appears to be very simple, clean, pristine, zen (relaxing) using high resolution images). - Members will sign up and be able to order home inspections (and complete forms to make the order). When the home inspection is complete the home inspection reports will be uploaded to the site and accessed from the member User Panel. I will need to be able to provide recommendations to each member (as a group) and other recommendation to each member individually. - I also want to sell products through a store. I am thinking of integrating with Big Commerce as opposed to setting up a new e-commerce module. - Admin section allowing all pages to be edited. We will send a more detailed scope to developers that respond to this posting (and have a good track record) before selecting the developer.
