Penny Auction Build & Modification

Have a client that wishes to create a Penny Auction site similar to [login to view URL] and StickyBids.com. They want similar functionality. It doesn't matter whether or not you develop the software from the ground up or use an existing template such as PennyProAuction, PHPProBid, or any other similar pre-existing software similar to Swoopo, Beezid, etc. But if you do, we want to know which one you plan to use. They want good modification to it to make it very different from "out of the box" offerings so that it doesn't look like every other Penny Auction out there on the web. This is where the graphic design needs come in. Once the program is up and running, they will then request slight modifications and tweaks that you will add/edit/delete. So here's what we need: 1) Someone to program or install a penny auction site, If you're using software for the penny auction, please let us know which one you'd use. 2) Then we need to have you stay on board for a couple waves of modifications. If you've done penny auctions before, please send us links to your work that we can view. 3) A programmer that will be available via phone and email will take precedence over any others. We are located in the states out of Atlanta, GA and would prefer someone that will be available during the hours that we're actually awake. And please do not bid if you have no auction site experience. Please give us an estimate as to what you would charge to install a penny auction and get up and running. NOT just a penny auction out of the box! We can do that ourselves. It's okay to use an existing template so that you don't have to program from the ground up, but we want it to have a good look unlike anything on the web but similar in feel and look to StickyBids or Beezid. And also include in that price what it would cost for you to do a couple waves of modifications. Don't believe that any modifications will be major since you know what we're striving for here, but the modifications may be something like, "can you make this page display the username in that corner" or "Can you carry that price over to that checkout page", etc. If there are limitations for you involving that, just indicate what those are. Project Budget shown is only there for show. Your bid can come in lower or higher than that range. All will be considered.
