Prestashop template design for electronics shop

We would like you to design a completely clean template for a prestashop CMS which is an open source cart software. The template will be used by an electronics company mainly dealing with mobile phones. We want the site to have a clean look yet simply to use. We have a few sites in mind which can be used for inspiration but overall we need some great designer. Was going to go down the line of buying some templates for around $100 but thought to check whats on offer here, we are not willing to pay more than $150 (£95.00) so please dont bid more than that, I hope to get some serious offers here. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ONLY WILLING TO WORK WITH DESIGNERS WHOM WE CAN HAVE CONSTANT CONTACT LIKE VIA SKYPE AND DESIGNERS WHO ARE WILLING TO GIVE US UPDATES REGULARLY.
