PSD to OpenCart

Hi, I have an simple Opencart template being used for a shopping website, that I need to change. Im using in my OpenCart Website MultiMerch extension, which requires good coding skills to implement the module into the website. I need the following: - PSD converted into Opencart system to replace existing homepage - Theme must be responsive on all Devices and Browsers - Header, menu and footer to be consistent across all pages - Clean Coding - Documentation NO SPAMMERS / MUST SPEAK ENGLISH You MUST include in your bid response the following: - Use 'Project Opencart' in the bid response title.
